The Kansas Junior Simmental Association seeks to educate members about Simmental cattle, to promote the growth of the Simmental breed among Kansas youth, to develop leadership among its members and to emphasize traits of economic importance to the beef industry in the exhibition and display of Simmental cattle in Junior shows.

Membership dues are a one-time fee of $25.  Membership dues for new members may be paid with entry fees to the Summer Preview Show.

Summer Preview Show

Held annually the weekend following Memorial Day in Manhattan, KS at the Riley County Fairgrounds.
2026 Summer Preview Show will be June 5-7, 2026
The ASJA National Classic Rules are the rules also followed for the KJSA Summer Preview Show.
